The 2017 Forum focused on International, National and Local issues affecting business incubation, innovation programs and economic development strategies that work. Our new BIIA Members from the CBR Innovation Network in Canberra : Petr Adamek and Liz Kobold made a great contribution to the BIIA Forum and have already come back to us with an excellent professional development opportunity!

Liz stated “It was great to meet (the BIIA network) in Townsville. It was very inspiring to hear about what is going on around the country and the world. Petr and I spoke about the Lean Start up workshop for Facilitators that we hold twice a year. The next session is coming up 1st to 3rd November 2017. Day 3 of boot camp is all about how to sell, how to run, how to market , how to get feedback… etc for the workshops. The CBRIN team will share their experience. We are also considering holding a “best practice” exchange collaboration session the afternoon before the boot camp.”

Liz finished by saying “We could cover topics like – operations, CRMs, SME support activities, Start-up support activities and business models to name just a few.”

Having experienced a taste of the work that the Kiln Incubator and CBRIN do we recommend that you check out their website and consider this development opportunity: You can sign up for the session via Eventbrite here or catch Liz : Liz Kobold, Business Ninja, CBR Innovation Network, 0409 741 337,
