Experienced in government, corporate and not for profit sectors, Lyn has specialised in building new programs and projects to support people, businesses and communities to boost their productivity and growth.

Under Lyn’s management, the Adelaide Business Hub incorporates the internationally awarded Todd Street Business Incubator and subsidiary economic development and consulting groups.

Passionate about growth for small businesses and towns, Lyn has spent the last decade attracting 140 business startups to Port Adelaide, supporting them to produce combined annual revenues of $185M.

Working with local, state and federal government investors, Lyn has also collaborated with others to deliver local economic and business development  programs to a client base of 4100 firms across Adelaide.

Phillip has qualifications in agricultural science, small business facilitation and company management and is recognised as an industry expert in the field of small business development. He has published widely on SME and micro-enterprise development issues with particular reference to international best practice in business incubation operation and has conducted international research and published comparative international studies on the provision of SME and micro-enterprise business advisory and support services.

He holds key positions on a number of national boards and associations including Deputy Chairperson of Business Innovation and Incubation Australia and a member of the Enterprise Connect Manufacturing Advisory Board.

Amanda Kenyon is a private consultant with 20 years experience in the community economic and small business development field and runs her own successful small business.

While Amanda specialises in Business Incubators, Small Business Development Initiatives, and Small Town Revitalisation, she has a broad range of experience in the not for profit sector and State and Federal Governments managing various labour market and economic and community development programs. She has extensive experience in community and economic development, food sector development and an in depth understanding of the issues facing rural and regional communities.

C.E.O. of the Darebin Enterprise Centre Ltd. (a network of business incubator s and coworking spaces across Melbourne’s North), David is passionate about innovation, start-ups, digital business and social enterprise.

David has served on the board of BIIA as Treasurer since 2010.

Peter has many years’ experience in both Federal and Local Government and not-for-profit organisations in addition to owning his own IT business as partner in 1990s.

Peter has managed the Bundaberg Enterprise Centre since 2011 and holds a Master of Business from La Trobe University.  Peter is passionate about small business and provides a great deal of empathy towards small business start-ups.

Peter is a Director with Business Enterprise Centres Australia, and is a Committee Member of the Local Disaster Management Group – Economic Recovery.

Joining the BIIA Board in 2013, Peter is keen to see Government and Industry partnerships embrace the incubation philosophy growing a more resilient economy.

John lives in Emu Plains and has lived in the Penrith / Lower Blue Mountains area all his life. John has been with the centre since July 1992 and was previously a Bank Manager for the Westpac Banking Corporation for 20 years. In addition to many years in business, he holds a Diploma of Advanced Business Facilitation.

He is responsible for the management and co ordination of the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme, which includes course structure, mentoring, and general advice to participants.

John is a Justice of the Peace and is a member/director of the following organisations:
